"Staff was great! Very courteous and helpful. Hotel and rooms could be cleaner/updated - marks on walls and floors, 1 bedspread was stained, ripped curtains, furniture old and dingy, shower stained/discolored. But, this is an older property and we were not expecting perfection. Beds were comfortable, shower had hot water, and everything worked. TV was a little funny to operate but still better than no TV! Parking was tight but we came during a holiday weekend so they were full. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown Reno with free parking. The staff person that checked us in was able to accommodate our high-floor request with a warm welcome. The price was the best I could find in Reno! I will certainly stay here again when I come this way."

"Always like to come here after the Burn. Room service and a great shower go a long way! Bathrooms could’ve been cleaner, good sweeping and a vacuum would’ve made this five stars. Never got the extra towels after asking at front desk and in the morning."
