"The hotel was very nice. There were plenty of food options. The people that cleaned the rooms were wonderful and restocked everything we requested daily. The only issues were there were not a lot of elevators so there was sometimes a long wait, and the convenience store had terrible hours and the vending machines did not have water"

"Very friendly and helpful clerks at the front desk. Perfect spot for one or two nights if you're touring Niagara and Cliffton Hill. Its just walking distance from everything to do, restaurants, peaceful to sleep after a long day at the falls. I will recommend highly. Costs less and in the midst of everything."

"Family of four, stayed one night in August 2026. Beautiful property. Very clean and well furnished rooms and bathrooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Outlet Shopping Centre just across the road. We did not stay for breakfast. We would gladly stay here next time. Oluwole"
