"Subject: Request for Partial Refund – Villa Le Fontanelle (October 7–10, 2026) I am requesting a partial refund for a three-night reservation at Villa Le Fontanelle in Florence, booked through Expedia. During our stay, we experienced serious shower problems, including a lack of hot water and interruptions to the water supply. The water did not resume promptly, making it impossible for the guests to shower properly. The guests reported the problems to hotel staff repeatedly throughout the...

"Excelente alternativa para ficar fora do burburinho do centro de Firenze, lotada de turistas, e se deslocar usando a van do hotel. O hotel é novo, tudo de 1a. nível e o local é uma ilha de paz."

"The room was clean and very spacious. The staff at the bar were very helpful. My only two complaints are that the breakfast is overpriced for what they have to offer. $20 euro a person for a continental breakfast. Also the windows are not sound proof so we often can hear sirens and construction workers in the evening. It is very walkable to the David,"

"À noter qu’il n’y a aucune piscine même si le site d’Expedia l’annonce comme tel. Nous n’aurions pas choisi cet hôtel étant donné que c’était notre critère numéro 1."

"Absolutely wonderful stay in Fiesole. The location and views were so beautiful and a really peaceful pause from the city while only being a 20ish minute bus ride outside of the hart of Florence. Our breakfast was an absolutely incredible spread. It truly felt like we were staying in a home and not just a hotel."

"This was by far my favourite property during my month of travel! It was in a quieter neighbourhood which at first I was worried about but as time went on I realized I loved the area. The property itself was incredible! So cute and well kept! I will for sure stay again"

"Hotel incrível. Muito elegante e confortável. Café da manhã delicioso. Amei, pretendo voltar outras vezes! Traduz todo o conceito de hotel boutique."

"Staying here was an amazing experience. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly! The coffee at breakfast was amazing!"

"The place has an amazing view. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It also includes a courtesy shuttle that goes to the city 3 times per day and facilitate to explore the city without and avoid the inconvinient of driving around. The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive with the guest. They are always available to answer questions and provide you with valuable information to find things to do around the city."

"The room was nice, the breakfast and setting were very lovely and we were able to park our car out front with a very minimal charge. The bus was quite handy as well."

"Our first visit to Tuscany and this was a beautiful location. We had the 3 bedroom apartment and it was so much space. Full kitchen with terrace, living room with TV if you want it, views of the Tuscan countryside from the windows. We had breakfast on sight each day, dinner a few times. Fresh and local ingredients. I loved walking through the property seeing the animals and in the trails through the woods. Only 5km outside of Florence, it's a great location to still do the touristy things in...

"Muy recomendable, estuvimos muy a gusto. Solo que un poco exagerado el costo de las bebidas en el frigorífico."

"Beautiful place. In a residential area so not much to do around there, but the train station is close which is nice. Gianna was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was very welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed."

"Great place to easy."
