Beautiful historic home with tastefully furnished Old World style decor, but very modern up to date bathrooms. A little ways out of town, but I came on a bike trip without a car and it still worked out fine to bike to and from downtown Victoria.

Staff were lovely. Arrived late at night and the man at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, he met us in the parking garage to bring up our luggage and make sure we were settled. The hotel is beautiful, so many lovely details. Bonus was getting to see deer in the yard in the evening. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Rosemead House for 3 nights for our anniversary trip. What a treat it was! The room had beautiful decor and everything was so well thought of. It was very clean and the staff was so kind and friendly. We had dinner at Janevca and breakfast at the hotel. That was some of the best food we have had! We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely be coming back! Thank you to all the staff for your amazing work :)

We had an incredible stay here. The grounds were immaculate and the rooms, lobby, and interior created an atmosphere not found in other hotels. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and catered to our every need. The restaurants were outstanding and highly recommend. I am not doing this justice based on how much we enjoyed our stay and we will certainly be back.

This was a top tier experience. The service was amazing. During check-in, the host met us in the self parking area and escorted to our room and went over all the specifics of our room. The bar had a lovely alternate menu from the dining room. The updated bathroom was over the top and bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend! The check-out was equally positive. I love the antiques and I hear the restaurant is phenomenal. I hope to try it next time.

Rooms were classically comfortable. Bathroom heated floor and smart toilet were a step up. The room had a kettle for hot water with tea bags and minfridge with milk & cream. There was no coffee machine but coffee urn outside room before 9am was fine for early starters. Coffee urn for room could be ordered by calling the desk. Access to second storey rooms and 3rd floor loft rooms were only accessible via stairs (no elevator). Lounge and dining room were upscale.

Staff were super nice and excellent, rooms were very clean. The hotel is building a condominium, so because of that it was very hard to find the entrance to the lobby. The signages weren't helpful either. I wasn't happy with the location and you definitely need a car to get around. Building itself is very beautiful.

Gorgeous property in a residential neighborhood in Esquimalt. Beautiful rooms, spa, restaurant and bar. Great food and I had the best massage and facial at the spa. Outstanding. Timothy in the restaurant is a truly outstanding server. We will return!
