"Despite an electrical issue on the first night, the management team responded quickly, arranged an alternative stay at another property, and even coordinated a taxi pickup the following morning with clear communication. While the start wasn’t ideal, the remainder of my stay at the property exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly, the property was clean, the room was excellent, and the location was very convenient."
"Absolutely the best location, staff, and most comfortable hotel. It is small, chic, and quiet. The roof top was lovely for breakfast and relaxing with a drink.
I will always stay at a Portrait hotel when I travel. I can not thank the staff enough for a wonderful stay in Rome. "
"This is an absolutely beautiful and perfectly located accommodation near trevi, Spanish steps and everything else you need. It’s not a hotel but an apartment, it makes it so much better. We absolutely loved everything about it and that bathroom is unreal!! Thanks Marco, perfect stay"

"Good location, tucked in and walkable to many major spots. Check in and check out were super easy and smooth. Minimalist hotel for people that just want to have a nice and quiet stay. Breakfast buffet was very good. "
"Great location, within walking distance to all major attractions. Hotel has a coffee shop where they also do breakfast. Staff was very helpful and even made us some breakfast to go when leaving on our last day. Only downside to mention is the WIFI reception. Horrible at the hotel itself however at the coffee shop much better. "
