"Quaint and charming location in Vernazza right near the train station. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay immensely!"

"We enjoyed our stay in our cozy room number 2 with an amazing view! After a short walk from the train station, we turned onto the passageway that led to the property. The passageway had 86 stone steps up to the property and then a metal staircase with 26 steps to our room. It was a workout to carry out luggage up the stairs, but the view was worth it! The trail to Corniglia goes right by the property which was fun. It was rainy when we left so we needed to be extra careful as we carried our...

"One of the most beautiful views of the places where I have stayed, it is a magical, cozy place and a very quiet atmosphere, it is worth driving to that place, it is fantastic. Una delle viste più belle dei luoghi in cui ho soggiornato, è un posto magico, accogliente e un'atmosfera molto tranquilla, vale la pena guidare fino a quel posto, è fantastico."

"Wir haben wundervolle Tage im Oktober in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück einmalig."

"Absolutely prime location. Very basic accommodation that may not suit everyone but those on a budget will love it."

"Calling this a Comfort Double Room with a Sea View is EXTREMELY misleading. There is no sea view unless you leave the room and go out onto a common area that you share with two other rooms. There’s nothing comfortable about the room - it’s just a room, barely big enough to fit the bed, virtually no amenities and barely enough room for a suitcase. The bedsheets are hard, uncomfortable, and loud such that you will likely wake your bed-mate if you roll over in bed. There are steep steps to the...

"There is no front desk or staff available to help us with check in or carrying luggage up the stairs. We arrived after 7 pm. No one answered the bell that was in the directions and I didn’t realize that there was another set of instructions for later arrivals. A local helped us call the manager who gave us instructions for the keypad which was in a different building. We had a misunderstanding about the price because I believed that I had booked it in Canadian dollars but it was in Euros, and...

"Un hôte au top .. tjrs prêt à rendre service et à nous renseigner.. À conseiller +++"

"we choose this place because it clearly said there was a WASHER AND DRYER under amenities. it states daily housekeeping, robes, and bidet. none at the property. i got in 2 1/2 hrs.later! i asked where w/d ? he said there is none! i filed a complaint with expedia.. there are no towels for the beach...you have to go to the remote property to get towels for the beach. there is no cleaning service or towel exchange. there is no one to greet you at the prpty. there is no way to get in.there is a #...

"Excelente estadía, todo muy bien y una atención muy buena. La persona encargada me habló en mi idioma, estuvo al pendiente en todo momento y siempre fue clara con todo lo que necesitaba."

"Great location in great view room is extremely small but certainly functional. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome and overdone. Compared to the other 12 properties I stayed at during this trip they request way too many forms and their ask for a high deposit is also out of line. However I would still say there are four star because of location and value"

"Amazing location with stunning views of the Vernazza harbor! The apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The small bathroom was fine for us but others might need more room. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was furnished with plenty to cook a meal for yourself. We loved watching sunset on the balcony. A gem! "

"Absolutely gorgeous place!!! Loved our stay here!!!"

"My experience was incredible. I stayed here with my husband and my daughter, and the apartment was extremely comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning! The bathroom is a bit small, but that wasn’t a problem for us at all. I hope to have the opportunity to come back someday!"

"The unit was perfect in every respect with exception of the mattress (which was terribly uncomfortable). Fair warning about parking if you are driving in. Forget about parking close by. Its a ZTL area and the nearest parking is 1.5 km outside of town (uphill). Then if and when you do manage to get to town with your luggage, you need to walk, drag, and roll your luggage another 500m to the steps which lead to the unit. Absolutely no help available with luggage. Zero. Carry at your own risk....

"Good location. Very nice room. Comfortable bed. A/C was cold. Small but refreshing shower. Pillows were firm. Windows open into a dark passage. Wi-fi was intermittent. Be sure to follow all check - in instructions. Do not use maps. Vernazza is the place to be."

"Great location, close to the train station, but still quiet. Just be ready to climb some stairs."
