The room was clean. Unfortunately, access to the toilet was a bit cramped because the shower was right next to it. The sink drain was broken. Other than that, everything was fine.

This smaller, older, clean, well maintained hotel is a good place to stay. Excellent staff who were very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours. Easy walking distance to train station. I found the firm pillows a bit hard, but really enjoyed this place. Would recommend & stay again.

Very Good basic Hotel.

Basic room? But well maintained and very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice people at desk. My only complaint is that the small fridge really didn't work at all. WiFi could be better, but wasn't the worst I've had in Italy. Great location. Close to train and bus stations. Lots of good restaurants around. Multi ethnic.

I stayed there during my trip to Venice. Staying outside Venice saved me a lot of money. The room was very basic, quiet and clean. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. If you are looking for a place to sleep at an affordable rate, this hotel is a great choice. Just do not expect to indulge in an exotic room.

We stayed there for one night. The check-in process was too slow. The bathroom was clean, but there were no slippers. I asked them to get one, but they didn't have any. Also, there was only one towel for two people. I requested a second towel, and it took 1.5 hours. It was an unpleasant visit for us. But the location is perfect for public transport options.

The hotel was conveniently located and the room was large enough, but the room safe did not work properly. The worst part were the windows which only opened a small bit. The room became very stuffy and hot, even with the mild spring weather.

Worst service experience of my entire life!

The hotel is in an excellent location if you are going to Venice and a convenient place to stay. However the staff are the most disrespectful and rude I have ever experienced in traveling to 20 countries over the world over my 39 years of existence. Edwardo at the front desk is the slowest and most rude front desk person in the world. Rather than check us in and welcome us he took our passports and said he would take 1 hour to check us in. When we came back in an hour he was still not done and refused to give us our passports back. Perhaps he is running a black market passport scheme. Not sure. He then told us specifically that breakfast was included, then upon check-out charged us €20 for it. He refused to help with this point. He was extremely rude about this and made us wrong about it. Edwardo tries to look "professional" but is factually so small and introverted that he fails to service the customer in front of him. Because he is so weak he fails to actually help the people at his hotel. I would highly recommend you just go somewhere else. Or take the three (3) hours that you would need to actually do the check in process standing there while Edwardo processes everything. Also there is no heat so if it is a cold night you will freeze all night long. There are no extra blankets. You need to use your room key to turn on the power and lights in the room. I asked him for a second key but that was going to be another three hours to process so I never got one. AVOID.

L'accueil à 2h du matin était très professionnel, par contre j'avais demandé un départ de la chambre à 11h qui a été accepté par email, mais le matin après le petit déjeuner ( très déçu pour 12€ , gobelet pour un cappuccino à la machine ) ensuite la personne qui était à l'accueil le matin était mal luné et m'a obligé de libérer la chambre a 10h . Donc je mets une note à 0
