I had a fantastic experience staying here. The central location is unbeatable within short walking distance of all the major sites, shops, and great restaurants, making getting around completely effortless. The staff truly made the stay special, everyone was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. Highly recommended I would definitely stay here again! Best regards, Ilona

Came in late for check in and was greeted by someone. The process was quick and simple. The room itself was nice, clean and had air conditioning. The location of hotel is amazing. You have the high end shops right outside the hotel. San marco basílica is right around the corner. The Rialto area is also about 15 minutes walking and it's great because you have to go by a bunch of little shops, restaurants and pubs. Also you can take the water ferry from ferrovia to S. Maria del Giglio for only 10 euro and then it's a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would definitely stay again

So close to San Marco Square. Get off Alilaguna from airport at San MarcoGardinetti and you save yourself a lot of walking. Nice working elevator. Good point to start your day from. Top designer stores literally feet from the front door: Prada, Jimmy Choo... Bathroom/bedroom was clean, staff friendly and helpful, room cleaned nicely each day.

We had a wonderful stay in Florence, and Simona truly made our trip special. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. Her recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, and local spots helped us experience Florence like locals and made our trip even more memorable. The location and stay were great, but Simona was definitely the highlight. One thing to keep in mind is that air conditioning in Europe is generally not as strong as what you may be used to in the U.S., so it’s best to adjust your expectations, especially during warmer months. The location was fantastic. It was close to San Marco square and many shops, restaurants and attractions. The bed was reasonably comfortable although not for tall people. The bathroom was beautiful with an efficient shower. The airco was fantastic and welcome after a day in the sun.

Delightful space in a great location. Having a person at the desk was a great help for check In and check out. We had breakfast at the hotel a couple days, and it was very good. The Murano chandelier in the bedroom was a nice touch.

Hotel was quaint. Breakfast was more substantial than expected. Staff was very helpful. Great location. Only slight negative as an American I was a bit warm and humid but it was not uncomfortably so and might just be a Venetian thing.
