Room was huge, modern and clean. The kitchenette was well equipped and super convenient. The front desk staff at the Giuletta e Romeo were super helpful, provided a map, recommended public transportation and even walked us over to the Dimora Capuleti. Highly recommend.

Our family room was perfect for 4 people. Clean and comfortable. We were not informed until we arrived that the check in and lobby, as well as the breakfast room were quite a ways away in another building from our address where we stayed.

Comfortable and stylish room in a quiet but convenient location, moments from the Grand Canal and a few minutes walk to the Ponte Rialto. Good air conditioning and a handy shared kitchen. Great for solo travellers as well as couples.

There was a bit of confusion as to where to check in, but a wonderful person found us and guided us to a different hotel for check in. We lived staying here! It was so convenient and the AC was much appreciated during unusual heat. We would stay here again.

We loved the apartment. Everything was clean and worked well. Our only issue was finding the office to check in. It would have been helpful to have someone meet us at the taxi drop-off and walk us to the office. It was only a two minute walk but the streets are not well marked so we wandered around (pulling large bags) for 30 minutes before we found it.

Staff was great, everything was clean. Kitchen was on a separate floor and not really practical. AC was good. Had a little bar fridge which was useful. Had a safe, but we had our own travel safe so we didn't use theirs. Biggest challenge was the steps. We were on the third floor, three flights of stairs, 20, 16, 26. In the heat, they were challenging, particularly with luggage. No elevator.
