"Great service by the pool area. Room service less impressed. Some of the popular dishes show availability 24//7. When ordered they are available during certain period of the day. More seriously we ordered a car for transportation to the airport. Concierge advised us on time to MOPA airport. We reconfirmed this transformation two times. When getting in the car the concierge had ordered the taxi to Dabolim airport. "

"Stayed here for two nights and it’s a wonderful spot. There are so many restaurant choices nearby for all tastes and meal sizes, and it’s right in the water so your life is simple! Breakfasts are delicious and the team are all very helpful. Perhaps sometimes, considering there were children at the hotel, the courtyard garden they would allow guests to play music a bit too late. But that’s the only issue!"

"We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. "Had a lovely stay in January for a week, the room was adequate for our stay, a comfortable bed, tv (if you like to watch tv), a/c and fan a balcony. The room is a bit small but wasn’t a problem the bathroom has hot water and good shower. The beach is a short walk from the accommodation lots of bars and restaurants around. I needed some washing doing when we arrived which Manjay (manager) sorted and was at hand for anything else needed. We liked Palolem and Sand Tent resort so much we’ve already...

Access to the beautiful white sand beach is by a road that is easily walkable or there is a shuttle that can take you (I did not use the shuttle so I can’t comment on it). "its a neat clean quiet well maintained property..about 500 meters from the beach..close to dining (Ramas restaurant, Patnem chai stall), chaudi market our 2nd time in patnem..this time we had our motorcycle..so it was very convenient to move around and the good location facilitated this. the staff and property itself are very customer friendly"
