Luxury House - Dwelling dating back to 1600, in a village overlooking Lake Como.

Our guests will have access to an entire ancient residence dating back to the 1600s located inside a characteristic village.
Our structure is in the historical center, in a pedestrian area, therefore it cannot be reached directly by car.
From the municipal stands it is necessary to walk about 200 meters of ancient districts.
We have kept unchanged the original features of the structure, with an eye to sustainability.
The two large open space levels are divided by an original wooden slab. The garden, the whirlpool and the sauna complete our offer.

The accommodation:

Living room: large kitchen complete with everything you need to cook independently living spaces in absolute comfort, with extractor hood, coffee capsule machine, American coffee, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer etc ..., round table with 4 chairs, comfortable sofa bed, smart TV 49 inches, free WIFI connection, large bathroom with bidet and large shower with chromotherapy.

In addition to the house guests will have the opportunity to use the garden and the facilities it contains (sauna and whirlpool).

Marina and Luca live in the Borgo and will always be available to their guests in order to make their stay a pleasant memory.

Other things to highlight

At our hotel you can also enjoy international breakfasts or typical of the area, being able to make (after booking them ...) or in the garden or in the original tavern located inside the village.

It is possible to receive relaxing holistic massages at our wellness area.
Although a washing machine is available on site, laundry and ironing services are available.
Accompanying service is provided to and from the train station.
