Whether it was the reception team helping with local recommendations, the restaurant and bar staff delivering outstanding service, the kitchen team producing delicious food every day, or the housekeeping and wellness staff keeping everything immaculate, everyone contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, especially Rossana. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine warmth made us feel less like guests and more like family. "We stayed here for four nights —-booked two rooms for our family. Some of the highlights include: 1) great, fantastic location which is short walking distance to ferry, shops and restaurants. 2) we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and beautiful swimming pool every day. 3) super comfortable beds and well air conditioned rooms. 4) staffs at the breakfast, pool and concierge are super attentive, warm and helpful. The concierge booked a private boat tour for us and provided useful advices on day trips and ferry schedules. The only and the biggest low light was that the casual restaurant (La Goletta) was super disappointing. The food was boring, plain, and poorly prepared . The restaurant waiters were cold and stern. Given the price, the restaurant felt way below our expectation. Recommend to stay at the hotel but eat elsewhere."
