A very cute traditional Mexican furniture hotel. Well located and walking distance from the center of town and Cathedral. Very clean and the staff was very nice. The only thing I can mention is that the hinges of the toilet seat were rusty and the seat was broken. Otherwise it was great for the price.
The staff were very friendly. Nice clean room, with hot water.Enjoyed a tv show in English at the end of the day.We stayed one night. Would have liked to stay longer.
Place was SUPER clean, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out staff was friendly and efficient.
It would have been even better if they had provided enough towels to match the amount of guests staying (we had 6 guests, they gave us 3 towels). Thankfully we brought our own towels with us.
Definitely recommend!!!
I stayed in CDMX, Valladolid, and Cancún during my trip, and this was my favorite stay. The bed was extremely comfortable—I had some of my best sleep, which you’ll definitely need after long days of cenote hopping and visiting Chichén Itzá.
The staff were excellent—very kind, attentive, and made the stay more pleasant overall.
Parking felt very secure. Renting a motorbike is a great option if you’re planning to visit Chichén Itzá and nearby cenotes, as it gives you more flexibility to explore the area.
The air conditioning worked perfectly—in fact, it got so cold I had to turn it down.
I stayed for three nights and honestly wish I could have stayed longer. It was a great experience overall.
Enjoyed this small hotel for a one night stay. The room was clean, the AC strong, the bed large and comfortable, and the shower had strong pressure. Remember that you will pay in cash at checkin.
We were only really there to sleep but stay was good...hot water, super clean, filtered water in a glass that they refill which I appreciate rather than wasting plastic bottles, AC worked well, free parking in their private parking lot, central square is only a few minute walk away.
Only thing that was annoying is the confirmation says you must contact them at least 72 hours before to confirm check in instructions - I messaged through hotels.com over a week before and then again 2 days before and they never responded. However, check in was easy, there was reception when we arrived around 630 at night and no issues.
I was expecting more. The pictures are not what they show

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
Didn't like lack of anything to hang clothes on - for just one night we coped. If we had been staying longer would have NOT been good.
Stairs were a bit tight in their twistiness and could have used more light as they were not exactly all even.
No refrigerator also an issue if staying longer.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a disappointing experience. The first room we were given had two windows facing a business in the back, and there was constant noise throughout the day and night. We asked to switch rooms, and while the staff was accommodating, the second room had a large glass door that opened directly to the street, which still made it very noisy, especially at night and early in the morning.
I’m giving a few stars because the staff did try to assist us, but there were several issues. We arrived 15 minutes before check-in but we were told we had to wait until exactly 3 PM to pay and access our room. Parking wasn’t available until 5 PM, so we had to return later just to park the car. Strangely, when we checked out in the morning, the front desk simply told us to open the gate ourselves to leave.
Lastly, the room conditions were not great, the sheets were dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, the toilet seat was loose, and the bathroom light wasn’t working properly. Overall, it was not the experience we expected.
