"The staff at the front desk and everyone that we encountered was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was fairly clean, the bathroom could have used a little more attention, but it was nothing to fret about. The carpet could also use an update since it was very stained in our room. The breakfast was nice for a free hotel breakfast, but listening to the kitchen workers yell loudly back and forth to each other right behind the opened door from the eating area was a bit annoying while trying to enjoy our meal. We enjoyed how walkable most of our activities and dinners were from the hotel. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but I hope that these constructive critiques will be considered by management."
