"This is an excellent designed in location is the best if you travel around Osaka, the view and the amenities are all great. The only thing is that we booked through Expedia and the hotel, which is a Marriott does not want to give any Marriott points."

"Von der Check in Erfahrung über die 2 Tage hinweg bis zum Check out eine wirklich miserable Service experience!! Der Check in und out findet an Automaten statt. Vor 15h ist niemand für einen ansprechbar und der check in ist unmöglich. Wenn man einen Room Key verliert oder wie in meinem Fall im Zimmer gerade nicht findet weil das Baby schläft wird kein neuer ausgestellt. Keiner spricht Englisch und es wird nur über Google Translate kommuniziert."

"Good, reliable, clean hotel which is well located near a train station. Breakfast was average but there are lot of other things to eat around the hotel. Staff are helpful and try their best to be accommodating."

"これまで家族4人での宿泊だけだったが、今回は家内と2名で利用。4人部屋は広くて非常に使いやすかったが、2名部屋は普通の部屋で特に特徴はない。チェックインが対面から機械に代わり、待ち時間は断然減ったが、スタッフの方と対面する機会が全くなく、ちょっと寂しいかも。今回初めて朝食を食べたが、品数も多く、どれも美味しかった。一番奥のうどんコーナーが分かりにくいので、場所を変えて欲しい（結局最後に気が付いて食べられず）。食べ終わった食器は持って行って欲しいが、こちらがお盆を持って立ち上がらないと持って行ってもらえず、こちらも改善して欲しい。とは言え、部屋やスタッフの方々の質には全く問題なく、また場所も非常に判りやすく、且つ近所に飲食店やスーパーもあり、大変お薦めなホテルです。"
