"Great room with lovely seating area in the middle of Ilfracombe. Carparking handy and cheap. Lots to do and see. Just one problem with the gutter outside the room leaking with heavy rain and very noisy. A part from that, perfect, with Woolacombe bay surfing just 15mins down the road."
"We felt very welcome from arrival till departure. Good location, cheap parking nearby, decent breakfast to start your day. Keep in mind that the rooms are not air contained and not all windows can be opened. Ask for a fan of necessary."
"We *loved* its location -- right on The Quay, its historic importance, and the comradery of the staff and guests in its downstairs pub over the water. Also, no other Americans."
"Very clean . The owners were absolutely lovely . Diane was so friendly and nothing was to much trouble . Breakfast was first class and even home made condiments x "
