"Room was as expected - reasonably clean ands serviceable. Had alot of trouble finding the correct location for shuttle bus pickup and wound up stuck at the airport for almost an hour and a half because of difficult directions from the front desk staff."

"We loved the premier club facilities. The pool was good and very welcomed with the heat. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the food was excellent. We have now joined the Hyatt members group as we were so impressed and will be booking another Hyatt Hotel for our future stays around the world."

"Hotel was very nice and staff is very friendly. English speaking is sufficient to get by, but knowing Spanish is obviously very helpful and speeds things like check in up! The only confusing thing is when booking multiple rooms for our party (5 adults, 3 families) we booked a room for 5 people but the website wasn’t super clear on exactly how many rooms we had booked. We ended up adding an additional room and they worked with us to get us a similar room/same price we had paid thru...

"The check-in staff was amazing. I believe her name was Veronica. Unfortunately I did not find the room as clean. There was a small roach in the bathtub going to the bar. The servers are so busy taking pictures for the girls so it takes away from the experience."
