"Nous avions l'habitude de choisir cet hôtel comme point de chute incontournable à chaque arrivée et départ de la Tunisie, mais notre dernier séjour sera malheureusement le dernier.
Tout avait pourtant bien commencé : à notre arrivée, l’accueil était aimable et la personne nous a gentiment proposé de régler la taxe touristique (annoncée à 6 DT) plus tard, voyant notre fatigue.
Le jour du départ, mauvaise surprise. Un autre agent d'accueil nous réclame soudainement 32 DT. Le prétexte ? Nous...

"It was an ok stay, though it is a very central location. Noise wasnt that bad. Housekeepers are excellent and front desk commendable though F&B was efficient, was not good at customer service. Food on menu was average and breakfast buffet the same. It would have been excellent in its hay day but now run down. A little pricy for what you get."
