This was the best stay of my trip. Jesus was an amazing receptionist he made the first few hours of our trip so much fun. Room was amazing, the sounds and views of the ocean came right into the room. Food and drinks were top notch. Highly recommend 🙂

Stayed here in June. Staff was kind, room was clean. Unable to swim at the beach at that time of the year due to sargassum but they also have pools. We had the suite with a pool on the rooftop and it was worth it. Property was quiet and we only saw 2-3 other guests during our 4 night stay which is what we were looking for. Peaceful place.

Jesus was the highlight of the facilities. Great attitude, always helpful and friendly. Hotel was nice and had good AC, hot water and good views. Not many restaurants around, Umbal the restaurant at the hotel was decent for the price, BSKY was terrible at the sister hotel Mereva, steer clear of that place, Icaro at Bespoke was phenomenal! Really such good quality and service for a similar price point. We had massages at the hotel which were good. There is construction next door so weekdays were kind of loud. Awesome selection of free stuff, kayak, snorkeling gear, etc. loved the calmer waters from the barrier reef. Had a private dinner on the pier which Miguel set up for us and had good food/service. Nothing out of this world but good food nonetheless. Loved walking the beaches to find interesting corals and shells. Big thanks to Jesus and Miguel for a great experience.

From the checkin with Jesus to the restaurant staff to housekeeping everyone was so attentive and kind! The amenities were perfect and getting the rooftop suite with plunge pool was perfect for my bday weekend! Food was always fresh complimentary bkfst was more than enough.
