I would highly recommend staying at Lula. The property is really cute. There’s easy access to the beach, the rooms are in great condition. We stayed in the room with seaside view and those have a cute hammock and bathtub at the back. The staff is also very responsive. Overall we had a great experience here.

this hotel far exceeded our expectations, it was so beautiful, our room so comfortable. But it was the service and attention to detail that blew us away, the staff were so nice , little touches like tea and chocolates in our room in the evening. Also the food was excellent in the restaurant , which also had the best view of the ocean along the whole beach, we will be back.

The property it self is amazingly beautiful, the staff is welcomimg, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the service over all was amazing. We will be booking our next stay with them. Our stay at Lula was short but wonderful. The room itself is few steps from the beach which is a big plus. We stayed in the beach side of the property, and the room was bright, clean, and had all the amenities you could need. The location of the hotel is perfect also, far from the noise of all the clubs and dancing restaurants but still in a reasonable walking distance (10/15 min). This place will clearly be my go to in Tulum.
