Clean room and friendly staff. However, please be aware their pool is closed September to May. It was 90F in Tucson the day we were there and nothing in the reservation system I used had alerted me to the pool being closed.

Red Roof Inn Tucson South - Airport
Room was very clean and spacious, comfortable bed and large television. AC worked well AND was also a quiet unit. Close to the highway, but still relatively quiet in the room. Roads in the area were under repair and made accessing the hotel a bit of a chore.
