"The room smelled clean, and looked neat. The property could use some upgrades. The door had a wide crack around it and let the cold air in bad, a little weather stripping would be a big improvement. Air also came in around the window. Management needs to understand that is cold air comes in then the heat runs more, and the same in the summer with the air conditioning. "
