"I must have had a newer room during my last stay, because the room I was in did show some wear and tear. The day I tried to use the ironing board, it fell apart on me. I called the front desk and reported it and maintenance brought a replacement right away. Also, I stayed four nights and chose not to have my room cleaned until the third day. When I did request the room to be cleaned it was not; they said they were down two housekeepers so it was not done. So, I just asked for extra towels."
