Living the life with 4 girlfriends!

Very comfortable and convenient. The staff was very accommodating. We had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from our amply furnished patio. The beach there on Manzanillo Bay is beautiful and the water is clear and warm. Paradise! The restaurant Is right there and the food and drinks are good.

Good times!

The people that work at this place are awesome! The rooms are large and right on Manzanillo Bay about a mile from the "town center". Wi-fi and cell service are spotty everywhere, so don't expect to stream movies or anything. Then again if you're vacationing in this area, you should be planning to enjoy an "unplugged" adventure. Good times!

There are many better choices for places to stay in Troncones where the staff and management care about the wellbeing of the guests and the upkeep of the property. Regrettably, our toilet did not flush, the shower curtain fell continously off the wall, the bed was broken and semi collapsed when we sat on it, there were only 8 beach lounge chairs so we could not ever relax and enjoy the view, the foot wash was not filled dragging sand into our room, people who were not guests were welcomed to the pool, bar and restaurant making for an extra overcrowded chaos, parking was crazy, the staff break area was next to our room and they talked loudly and played music at night.

Very run down

This hotel is very run down although the location right on the beach is great that is about the only thing that I could say was fantastic The pool was dirty. The towels mismatched and old. Some days you would get the bottle water replenished. I ended up just buying my own. The internet was very bad. Used my data plan everyday. The staff did the best they could with the tools given. The absentee owner needs to spend some money.

Fantastic spot. Outstanding staff.

I wonderful spot, private little beach area excellent for swimming. The stuff are absolutely exceptional. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed was a bit firm for my back but otherwise really lovely room. Lovely balcony area. A few more lounge chairs on the beach would be great, perhaps a hammock or two. The pool was small but extremely refreshing and clean. Really lovely place to spend a few days.

Me gustó mucho el lugar.. hace falta que las encargadas de recepción se esmeren en su trabajo en general. Cuando llegué que ya eran las 5 de la tarde más o menos las mesas de la playa estaban sucias con platos y basura... Y la basura no la recogieron hasta el día siguiente ya tarde también. Hace falta que rastrillen la playa al menos la zona de los camastros. Hay mucha basurita del mismo mar pero también se debe recoger.

Would look elsewhere next time.

It's a nice place but needs some work. Our ocean view wasn't ready so we were put in another room for one night. The exchange was free breakfasts for three days. That was fair. Our new room had an ac that didn't work and the shower head started leaking terribly and when I tried to adjust it, it shocked me! Can you imagine!?!? I told the help but no one seemed to care much or be concerned that I was probably lucky not to have been electrocuted as I was of course standing barefoot in water. That was Sunday and on Monday a worker installed a new head. Jesus and Marita are super as they Lee the place going. No complaints about the service. But considering the other offerings around this area I would not return.

Nuestro cuarto estuvo bien, sin problemas. Sin embargo fuimos con amigos, y ellos tuvieron problemas en sus habitaciones (escurrimiento de agua un día y se quedaron sin agua otro día). Las ventanas (o las camas) no tienen mosquitero; eso es una gran desventaja cuando uno no quiere usar el aire acondicionado.

Es un Hotel con playa, lo cual es bueno, la señorita que es la encargada no tiene tacto para la atención al cliente, no está enterada que llegabas y en momento pensé que no iba a tener lugar, Te dan toallas muy deslavadas y si le pides otras, te dicen no tengo mas. Le pedí me pusiera en un cuarto arriba del mio, y me dijo que estaba ocupada, No se ocupó el cuarto en todo el fín de semana. En la habitación esta llena de Hormigas y el drenaje huele espantoso. El agua caliente sale a través de una regadera eléctrica, que en ocasiones funciona y otras no. AL ser una playa con muchas rocas es peligroso meterte al mar, ya que muchas de ellas no se ven, por lo tanto si eres amante del mar, no vayas en general a esta zona, hago el comentario porque lo que te queda es la arena y la alberca, aquí viene el inconveniente, Aun cuando le ponen químicos en la noche , el sistema de filtración no esta todo el tiempo funcionando, así que después de 4 horas de uso a las 12 pm, esa alberca esta toda turbia, llena de nata de protector solar y da asco meterse en ella. El servicio de los meseros es atento, pero no tienen idea de dar servicio como meseros. Pides Pan frances y tienes que recordarles que necesitas miel, etc. SInceramente el Hotel deja mucho que pedir y realmente no vale lo que te cobran. Quitando todo esto, el sitio es realmente para descansar, pero se necesita cambiar muchas cosas.
