"Great location, one particular male front desk staff (who checked us in) was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Only one minor drawback is that we asked a staff member to check flushing of the toilet but request seemed to have been ignored. Other than that the experience was excellent. Would recommend and stay there again if ever in Rome."
