Luxury lakefront living, just 2.5 hrs from Toronto! Welcome to Red Haven Paradise, a spacious all-season retreat in Kinmount, Ontario, designed for unforgettable gatherings. Sleeping up to 18 guests(22 with blow-up mattresses), the cottage offers panoramic lake views, a Scandinavian hot tub, cedar sauna, private beach, 2 docks, 20-foot water trampoline & mat (seasonal), fire pit, kayaks, SUPs, and games such as ping pong, air hockey, and board games. Perfect for families, couples, and groups seeking both relaxation and adventure, year-round.

Inside, enjoy open-concept living with heated floors, modern finishes, and classic cottage charm. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, spices, coffee, and tea. Share meals at the large farmhouse dining table or relax by the fireplace with an 85” Smart TV and lake views.

📹 Security cameras outdoors (tampering = $400 fine).

♻️ Environmental Protection: Any garbage/wrappers found outside or in the water will result in a $500 fine.

🛠 Damage Policy: Guests must inspect the property at check-in and report any existing damages immediately. Unreported issues will be assumed to have occurred during your stay.
