"I literally do not have the ability to accurately express how AMAZING, our stay was. The staff could not have been more professional. The Onsen, could not have been more relaxing, both the private and public ones. The place was spotless as well. It may have been the nicest, fanciest, ritziest place I’ve ever been. It has literally been the best, and I mean the best, part of my entire trip to Japan!! When I get married I want to go back there for my honey moon. "

"The front desk staff were extremely gracious & hospitable throughout our entire stay! They all spoke English very well. Rooms were clean, a/c worked very well, loved the area… felt safe, close to train stations, bus stops, street car stops, shopping mall, convenience stores, restaurants & sightseeing areas were a few minutes away.
