"This is a beautiful home! The beds were comfy and we all had plenty of space. The host was very responsive when we contacted them about any issues. The house was very clean. Check in and out instructions were very clear. My granddaughter had fun with the pool table and connect four. A bbq would have been nice to have for one of our family meals. All in all it was a great stay. We were all very comfortable! "

"Our communication with the staff was not good. Only communication is through the app. It was different people responding. Property had lights that weren't working, appliances that weren't working. The T.V didn't work. We communicated it with management team on the app. No one got back to us until 3 days later. By the time they can send somebody to fix the issues it was already our last night. When I expressed our frustration and gave the management team a chance to make up or it, they sent us a repeat message they send to all their customers, listing what to do to check out. In other words, they just didn't care. Who knows how long those issues stayed unresolved at that property. Would NEVER stay there again....."

"It was a simple place to stay a few nights. Some out door details weren't accurate due to construction going on the property. Instructions didn't seem updated which led to some confusion. Other than that, it was fine. "
