"Lovely and friendly people, good breakfast. The rooms are nice and rustic, but a bit unloved. The first room I was given did not have working toilet, while the second, given as a replacement, had shower cabin doors falling apart when you want to close them before using shower. "I made the reservation in the afternoon of the date I wanted to stay. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). I asked how can it be and was told that if I want to speak with someone in English I should call again in 0.5-1 hours. I called more than...

"Großes funktionales Zimmer, das Bad mit spezieller Dusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne (nur mit Dusch- und Badefunktion - ohne Whirl- oder Düsenfunktionen), Snacks und Getränke für den Kühlschrank, allgemein gutes Frühstücksbuffet, personenlosen Check-In via Tresor. So ein paar Kleinigkeiten fehlten (Fön), keine Waschmaschine zur Nutzung, der Brüh-Kaffee aus der Kanne besonders - für uns nicht genießbar.
