"This property has many rules, suited to the staff and not the clients. After driving 400+miles my room was not ready on time. I had to keep joining the line to be met with ‘your room isn’t ready and it’s not my fault!’ The food in the restaurant was terrible the Diet Coke machine was out of syrup after charging us $3.99 each - it didn’t get replenished. The breath of fresh air was an older guy buzzing the tables, he was a joy, he had a great sense of humour whilst doing a terrible job. I...

"Our room was very spacious and clean. The shower was amazing too with great water pressure and a large vanity. Our whole family loved the pool and hot tub. The pool bar was super nice too. We really enjoyed the breakfast and our kids ate free! Wasn't a huge fan of the dinner restaurant due to the lack of food options (out of several items). We also loved the arcade, unfortunately the bowling alley wasn’t open. The staff were very attentive, kind, and friendly. I would 100% stay again."
