overall, the apartment was OK but average at best. I like the location since it's located right next to the square one mall I did have a issue with the garage door opener, but there is a dedicated space assigned to the apartment. In regards to the apartment itself, there was enough wear and tear that my wife noticed and called it out. Nothing was broken, but you could tell that the apartment was worn down with minor scuffs here and there. The location is great with a good view on the 26th floor. If you are just staying there for work and not spending too much time there, it will do.

My overall stay was good. Upon arrival, my flight had been delayed, so I didn’t reach the property until around 10 PM. Unfortunately, the key had not been left with the security desk as planned, which prevented me from accessing the unit right away. After contacting customer service, the issue was resolved when they opened the door with a master key, though the process took about an hour and a half. I was instructed to park in the parking deck and advised that the key fob would be provided the following morning. Due to fatigue after a 15-hour trip, I mistakenly parked beside the designated spot, which unfortunately resulted in my car being towed and a $380 CAD fee. Despite the initial challenges, the remainder of my 10-day stay was enjoyable. Management compensated me for the first night due to the key issue, though not for the towing cost. Overall, my fiancé and I had a pleasant experience and truly enjoyed our time at the property.

Condo building is nice. Facilities are good. I got room 2705 and it was below average. Borderline unacceptable. Flooring looks relatively new but was done very poorly. Walls are full of holes where decorations used to be. The place needs work, a paint job and a deep cleaning. The toilet had a constant, nonstop noise. There was no coffee machine. There's a four slice toaster but no coffee machine. The bed frame was broken so they added two extra box springs to support the very uncomfortable mattress. The pillows were absolutely horrific. I rolled up a towel and used that to have a bit of support. But the view is great, the small balcony was fun. The check-in and checkout was just creepy, walking into someone's living room. So it's just barely passable as an apartment. Location is great, indoor parking is easy and super practical. All that said, I would not recommend or stay again.

The unit itself left much to be desired, but the building and location are excellent. I was disappointed to have to purchase my own cleaning supplies to clean the apartment so I could comfortably enjoy my birthday weekend. I could tell someone attempted to clean, but did it poorly. Walls and light switches looked like they have never been wiped, the floor under the couch was covered in crumbs, the bathroom counters and walls were gross, and the windows seemed to have never been cleaned. The unit clearly had had water damage previously, as the bottom of doors and baseboards were warped. There were no extra towels, pillows, or blankets, and the linens were of very low quality. Soap was provided, but in refilled original cheap plastic dispensers with worn labels, and the soap was visibly watered down. Everything in the maintenance of the unit was done below a bare minimum standard of hospitality. The rental company representative was polite, although he tried to tried to excuse the dirty bathroom (with dried toothpaste on the counter) by saying a light was repaired earlier in the day. My key fob did not work when I arrived, because the building updated its system. The building concierge was very helpful, and fixed the problem, but that is something the management company could have taken care of before check-in. I would stay in this building again, but in a unit managed by a different company.

I found the apartment to be very comfortable clean and well stocked. I had everything I needed. I was highly impressed with the security measures at the property, which made me feel safe. The surrounding area is walkable with several dining options, ATMs, coffee shops and convenient stores close by. And just a block away from Square One Shopping Cente, the best in Mississauga. I will definitely stay here again.

The property is in a prime location. The staff were great for check-in and check-out. As this was an apartment they needed to an option for housekeeping even if it was at a price and the apartment lacked some basic amenities especially things like dish rack, bin bags and toiletries.
