Loved the history and architectural aspects left from the original structure. The staff, cleanliness and amenities were all wonderful. I will definitely stay here again.
Everything was clean and the staff were nice. Rooms were on the smaller side with only single beds, but still comfortable. Only thing I really missed having was a mini fridge in the room.
My stay at Victoria Hotel was amazing. Perfectly situated in the city. The staff was amazing and the room was really clean. Will be staying again on my next visit to Toronto
Grand Hotel with a Bar and restaurant.
Great room, comfortable bed like sleeping on a cloud.
The staff were lovely and helpful.
Parking was around the corner and easy and safe underground, nice.
Great location as well, we could walk to everything. Easy to get in and out of the city.
I would recommend this and stay here again.

The room was the right size for 2 people. It had the features we wanted and not a lot of "frills". It was well-located. The people were friendly and competent. The room was comfortable. It had a nice shower. Breakfast downstairs was quite delicious.
The room was very small. And noisy… But it was clean and the staff were friendly. I would stay here again but I think I’m more accustomed to a larger room. And you have to park down the street
Hotel is right downtown, easy access to most venues..
Our room did not have a bar fridge.
Parked in the Commerce court underground parking for $58 for the night, which was a 5 minute walk next to the hotel.
Staff was friendly, checkin was easy.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The location of the hotel is bang on...walking distance from Union St.and restaurants, water front, Sky Dome, etc. Street cars are all around.
We had a good stay , the staff was nice and the decor is cute. I would only like to leave a suggestion, the lighting in the hallways and the rooms is horrible, an awful blue LED light it would go a LONG way in making the hotel much more cozy and inviting instead of cold to change the bulbs to a nice warm white. Anyways thanks for the stay !
This is a wonderful piece of Toronto history, its oldest hotel dating from 1909. One of a chain of hotels all Canadian and owned by Silver corporation. Updated of course, and basic but very clean and so conveniently located in the downtown Toronto. It is our go to when ever we are visiting Toronto as it is reasonably priced, the staff are wonderful and and the beds are superbly comfortable.
TV and AC in the room did not work well. We asked to have it fixed multiple times and they didn’t check it or fix it. Room was clean and staff were friendly! Great location! Can walk everywhere from there.
Great location! Hotel is quaint as expected from a refurbished 120 year old hotel. Staff are incredible! So helpful, so welcoming, met many European travellers staying in the hotel and delighted to see them receive a warm Canadian welcome.
Rooms are small but adequate, very clean and well maintained. The only recommendation would be a full length wall mirror in the room so two people can get ready at the same time.
Great to have a restaurant in the hotel for breakfast.
Recommend it for fantastic location, excellent service and price.
This is a quaint older style hotel. Air conditioning worked great and it was walkable to the stadium and aquarium and quite close to hockey hall of fame. There was no shower curtain upon check in but once we told front desk one was brought up quite quickly. Breakfast was included in our package, luckily the guy checking us out pointed that out as we weren't aware! The food did take quite a while to come as they were just, but staff were very attentive and when the food did come it was delicious. A couple of parking garages close by. The cheaper option was unfortunately full though so we had to pay $78 for 24 hours of parking.
