Spend an extra 20 and stay somewhere nice. Wallpaper was falling off in my room. Lots of unrepaired water damage on the ceiling. Damaged lampshade. Bag lunch for breakfast. Big pass on this place

The cleaning of the room, also ensuring all amenities are working accurately. It would be great if there was heating too as the room was freezing.

We didn't know what the smell was, but the corridors and elevator had a foul odor. The rooms were not well soundproofed. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.
Very good price, they need to work on the air quality inside the hotel. On the positive side, we got free breakfast, it was not advertised when we made the reservation but it was a nice surprise.
The hotel was fine for a short stay. The room was clean, though a bit dated, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff were courteous, The location was convenient, but noise from nearby traffic was noticeable. Overall, it met basic expectations, but didn’t stand out in any particular way.

Clean room, AC outlet on one side of bed and AC at coffee maker was not working. There was a $200 deposit required vs $100 by other hotels. Parking lot was full and many shady characters hanging around the front entrance. Felt a little unnerving.
The room was clean & very big which was nice. But due to an obvious previous flooding from above the room. There was a big water stain on the ceiling and peeling paint. There was also what looked like mold behind some separated wall paper. I honestly think they should renovate that room and clean the mold with bleach before the next guests visit.

Good but not great
Overall its a not bad place for the price. Staff was super friendly and the room was spotless. There was zero parking when we got there late at night and had to find parking elsewhere. The elevator smelt like pure cleaning chemicals and was overwhelming. The rooms were clean but can use some maintenance. Peeling paint and towel mounts just hanging on by a hair. They have a great selection of drinks and snacks that were super cheap. Its a good place for what you pay but you definitely "get what you pay for"
The staff were friendly. parking was extremely tight if you had a larger vehicle. We booked 10 rooms for this trip and 2 people left the hotel as they found the rooms seemed rushed and not properly cleaned, a smell in certain rooms of smoke. Most of the rooms had broken pictures or empty hangers on the wall. The wallpaper was part painted over and the breakfast was found out to be a bag with a muffin and yogurt. By the time we went down (an hour before it was done "serving") there was nothing to drink, not even coffee. I was okay with it for one night.
The room was spacious & the bed comfortable. The bathroom was nicely renovated. The floor to ceiling windows had tattered plastic roller blinds that didn’t roll up or down. The window sill were covered in dirt & plaster. The carpets were so dirty that my feet led mud prints in the wet shower floor.
Our room door wouldn’t lock from the outside when we were going out but they fixed it by the time we got back. Breakfast was handed to us in a paper bag with a cold egg & cheese on a muffin, yogurt, small

This was a nice property and stay. I have stayed in a lot worse facilities. You are only really there to sleep.
What folks about limited parking is accurate, it just means you park in the adjacent plaza.
What folks say about the odor is accurate. There is a distinct scent which that is abundant in third floor hallway. It may be cultural versus drugs.
There is nothing unsafe that I saw around facility. It is just industrial. ( this is not like a large US city that can have unsafe areas with gangs and guns)
Other than that, it is a nice modern facility at a good price and location that is easy to navigate to other areas of Toronto.

The hallways on the 3rd floor had a strong bad water mold smell. The carpets are uneven as well on that floor. My room had damage which i filmed b4 settling in. I lysol the room as i always do. Found a bug and what looked like may have been blood on the curtain. The curtian linens etc are of mid range towards top tier qualify. The finishings were you can tell good at one time however the just seems like the place needs a little love to make it shine. All in all i just needed access to a jetted tub on a mini staycation with that in mind i mist say this hotel give the vibe it is extended stay. The laundry room is bright and easy to use the pool is tiny but actually had a lift for ability diffent individuals un fortunately it was shut down at the end of the day for 24 to 48 hour stay it was worth the $100. Black friday sale price. Just shake out all your stuff or tye them in clear bags to enusure you don't take a hitchhiker home 3/5. Pretty but needs some repairs.

Comfortable bed…
Hot tub was not clean. Asked front desk if someone could clean it and was told the room I originally paid for was not available so i was upgraded for free because no other king suites were available and that the hot tub did not work anyways. Lamp cord was cut, landline phone in room was not working, remote missing battery cover and the tv did not have any functioning channels. Could not find or connect to the free wifi. Continental breakfast advertised was literally a brown paper bag stapled shut that contained a yogurt, prepackaged muffin, egg and cheese on an English muffin and a juice box. There was an odd smell throughout the lobby and hallways. Only good thing was the bed was very comfortable.
The location is not ideal as it is located on a corner of a very busy intersection. The parking lot is very small, difficult to turn into parking spaces which are very narrow, and could hardly open or close my vehicle doors. The staff assigned us a room located off of the lobby which was very noisy and we couldn't sleep well. They serve instant coffee with powdered cream which I do not consume, ever because it's gross. They only offer snack foods such as chips, candy bars, bottled water and soda pop at a premium price onsite. The hotel itself is nicely renovated inside and the bed is comfortable. I had to request toilet paper as there was none in the room when we arrived. The room has a TV, but no cable service. You can only use streaming services which you have to use your own account to sign up/login into. Then came the biggest issue. I tried to take a shower and then discovered no hot water!!!! I went to the front desk and reported it, but all the front desk attendant did is write it down and said they will have someone look into it. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but we only stayed the one night, checked out early and went to another hotel in the area for the rest of our stay. Terrible place. Shouldn't even be listed on Expedia. Very disappointed and now questioning my faith and trust in Expedia.

I'd highly recommend this spot for a quick retreat from worm after a long flight. Room was perfect, bathroom was fully stocked for what I needed and the front desk staff was amazing. I almost walked out without my $200 deposit but she called me back and made sure I got it! 5 stars for the front desk attendant.

The room had some water damage on the ceiling, which was patched, but not completed garbage throughout the hotel. Continental breakfast was a bagged breakfast, which is not too bad, but could have used some fresh coffee on a positive. Bed was very comfortable.
