"I booked my trip to the Philippines, made the trip with my disabled sister many 90% of oir luggage are diapers and medical supplies, always took 4 checked bags, never a problem, never a baggage fee. When a arriveed for my trip to the Philippines imagine my surprise, when they informed me i had to pay 200$ i had not anticipated paying. Then i booked my hotel i never stayed at because they told me I would have to pay fpr an additional night. Because my flight came in at 7 am and left that evening only 14 hours and i would have to book a room for 2 nights. Unless Expedia makes things right i will NEVER USE IT AGAIN, AND WILL TELL OTHERS TO ISE A DIFFERENT APP IN BOOKING ANY TRAVEL ANDBOR TRIPS"

"The AC didn’t work. The curtains in the room had burnt holes in it and the phone wasn’t working. "

"Although our stay was short, it was wonderful from the moment we got on the courtesy shuttle, to checking in to such a clean room and very comfortable sleep! The pillows on these beds are the absolute best! The shuttle back to the airport for our morning flight was right on time and was also wonderful! We will definitely stay here again!"
