"The house was awesome - it's cozy, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything you could ever want. We loved being in Tom Nevers and appreciated the serenity of the neighborhood and enjoyed biking or driving to the nearby beaches. John is a fabulous host - he's responsive and kind. I highly recommend his home!"

"Everything about our stay was excellent. The owners provided plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, lots of kitchen seasonings, trash bags etc. to keep us going. The house has very comfortable beach chairs, a beach unbrella and beach toys. Don't worry about it being a duplex as we never heard the adjourning permanent resident couple over our 4 week stay."

"Patrick is a great very accommodating host. We had a pack and play for the baby waiting for us inside when we arrived. Being right on the beach and enjoying the views was amazing . Definitely worth staying for the location! However , don’t expect much from the house. Poorly ventilated inside had this old moldy smell especially downstairs where the bedrooms are. Seeing the plains landing and taking off was also really fun. You could barely hear it so the sound didn’t bother at all. Location! Location!"

"We’ve stayed at several VRBO homes over the years, and this was easily a top 3 home and host experience. The house is exactly as described: meticulously maintained and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and the five-minute walk to a gorgeous private beach can’t be beat on the Island. If you’re considering this home, book it!"
