'Forever 'n Nevers' is a charming 'upside down' floor plan home with beautiful views of the ocean and moors on a quiet road, 1/2 block from Tom Nevers Bluff, and a short 5 minute walk to pedestrian only beach access stairs (i.e. drop-off only, no parking). The home has been substantially renovated on an ongoing basis by the original owners. Due to allergy considerations of family and guests, our home is strictly a pet free home.

The pool is a 14' x 26' heated salt water pool with jacuzzi-spa. The pool has an electric retractable cover for child safety. The pool depth is 5' in center 4' on either end of a 26' "swim lane" with no obstructions. Spa, in-water wall seating bench, and steps are opposite the "swim lane."

The outdoor decks on three levels have been beautifully rebuilt and expanded with teak decking and white painted cedar railings. The photos show the teak furniture and sky-blue cushions and umbrellas.

The spacious and bright open-plan second floor with beamed cathedral ceilings has beautiful views of the ocean and moors (see photos); living room with fireplace, dining area (seats 8-10), separate kitchen table seats six, "office" desk area, and laundry with commercial washer and dryer.

A second upstairs living room with French doors separates it from the main living room for work, entertainment or privacy. The second living room contains a sofa, love seat, two arm chairs, foot rest, built in desk, 60' Samsung Smart TV with Bose sound bar and great views of Low Beach, Sankaty Light, sunrises and sunsets.

There two ensuite master baths tub with shower, a family bathroom with shower, and a powder room. There is a private, enclosed outdoor shower with dressing area adjacent to the pool deck

The MBR has an i-comfort Serta split king master bed with adjustable, vibrating base and built-in blue tooth speakers.

Bed linens are provided by LinenDrops "resort quality" professional linen service. Bath towels and beach towels are provided. Paper goods and detergents are also provided. The house is maintained as the owner's vacation home, not as a rental property.

Sonos music speakers are available throughout the house. You can connect your own phone or bluetooth player to play your favorite playlists or stations on the house speaker system. An Alexa speaker is in the kitchen for music, weather forecasts, timers, etc.

Voice activated remote controls search feature on all four TVs.

Short walk (5 min) to public beach access stairs. (no car parking)

Back roads lead to the less populated, more beautiful, and quiet south shore beaches.

One man’s and one woman’s bicycle are on site. Bike to S'conset, beach or public golf course.

Toys for indoors, beach and pool. Also, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers are provided.

Driveway parking for two vehicles. No street parking in neighborhood. No trailers.

Tenant must be 28 years of age or older.

Due to allergies, our home is smoke free and pet free.

The owner's red jeep wrangler is available to rent on Turo.com. The jeep is a four door, five passenger, red jeep wrangler with automatic transmission and both the Great Point and the Town of Nantucket oversand vehicle permits for beach driving.
