Gorgian Bay cottage for rent in Tiny

This four season cottage is located steps away from beautiful sandy Lafontaine beach. With shallow waters and perfect for small kids to go for a splash. The beach is less then 5 minutes stroll to enjoy amazing Georgian Bay sunsets. Our cottage is in perfect location close to beach and many amenities such is deli, liquore store, convenience store. This is our family cottage and we enjoy it a lot with our children.

On the main floor, guests will find open concept living and dining room and a huge kitchen. The living room is spacious with an electric fireplace, TV with Roku Netflix and free WIFI internet for your entertainment.

There are 3 bedrooms, with 2 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed (twin over double ) and two sofa beds with twin size mattress in the living room to accommodate guests. All bedrooms have closets. Dining area has 6 person dining table/ chairs. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need ( fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker(10 cup with coffee maker with filter), pans, plates, mugs, cutlery and glassware including kids cups and plates. The cottage is on municipal water and the water is safe to drink and cook with unlike well water.

There's a sizeable covered deck with extra seating and dinning overlooking the backyard. In the backyard, there is a volleyball net and fire pit to enjoy. Guests are welcome to use BBQ bellow the deck. (Please close the propane tank and put the cover back after the BBQ is cooled).

Cleaning supplies ie dish soap, dishwasher soap, liquid hand soap and toilet papper will be provided. Central vac hose, sweep and dust pan located under stairs if needed.

Please BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS AND SHEETS AND PILLOW COVERS. Pillows and duvets provided. All mattress have mattress protectors.
