"For the price it was charged. The condition of the house was not very good. First of all the oven was broken, and while the sign indicated, there was a problem with adjusting the temperature the oven only runs at 500. Every single window screen in the main living area had holes in it so it was very difficult to keep the windows open without bugs coming in. The bushes are all overgrown and so overgrown. It was difficult to get our truck in and out without scratching the sides. In the courtyard area it was so overgrown. The path to the gate could not be used. On a purely cosmetic note the paint all over the house was touched up with a paint that was a different color and so it just had a very worn look to it. We got a note from the owners/management company asking us to contact them if we wouldn’t give them a five star rating. So we did that the day before we left. We asked for a very low and reasonable concession on their part for our inability to cook, even though we had packed and brought with us things to cook in the oven, which we could not use it all. They refused to even discuss a very small percentage concession. I would be very nervous about renting this place not only because the oven had been out of service for several weeks at the time we got there, but their lack of notice to us that that was the case. Also, their response was less than helpful. The microwave wheel was broken and so the microwave made a terrible noise every time we tried to use the microwave."
