Inside, you`ll find a warm and inviting living area equipped with a flat-screen TV, board games, and even a guitar for impromptu jam sessions. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, whether you`re enjoying a quick breakfast or cooking a feast to share on the spacious outdoor dining area.

Step outside to the multi-level deck, where you can sip your morning coffee while soaking in the stunning river and mountain views. The parking area offers space for up to 3 vehicles.

The private pool is seasonal and non-heated, and closed in the winter months.

While this property features step-free entry, steep stairs are required to reach the 2nd-floor bedrooms and bathrooms.

The property does have cell phone service, but it may be spotty since the property is located in a rural area. Please check with your provider to confirm your service quality. There is a landline on the property for use.

Please use caution on the decks and backyard. Extra supervision is recommended for children.

The stairway to the side of the property and the area of land at the top of the staircase is shared among neighbors so we do not endorse that as part of their personal property and would suggest staying away from using it for your own safety.

There is a path leading to the river from our property. Please be very careful going down the stairs.
