"We arrived at 330pm and Room wasn't ready. We reserved the biggest suite so we were hoping it would be ready after a long journey. Previous Traveller's clothes were left hanging in the washroom. Toilet was not cleaned and floor in washroom has a sticky film. Kitchen area was dusty and it was definitely not swept. This was our 4th stay here but sadly, it will be last time. "I arrived early and they were able to check me in--much appreciated. The room was clean and quiet, and super convenient to be able to park right outside the sliding door. The adjacent restaurant is quite good and obviously a popular spot for locals. Very quick to get back on the highway."

"Very clean and comfortable room. Good location close to lots of restaurants and short walk to shows at Fallsview Casino. Nice observation deck on the 25th floor offers a great view of the falls. Only small drawback is the lack of parking on site. You can self drive to the nearby lot about 1 kilometre away and take a shuttle back for 35 dollars or a valet will look after the parking but charge $100."
