"We had no complaints about the room. It was wonderful!! Very clean. House keeping was very very nice!!! Some of the staff at the front desk was great!! But others were not. Offered coffe and food. But when we asked about both the couldn’t do it. But they sure were serving the alcohol. And as recovering alcoholics that made us not want to go back there. "

"Our stay unfortunately wasn’t the relaxing overnight we were hoping for. When we got to the room, there were ladybugs all over the ceiling, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. We understand bugs can happen, but the number of them made it seem like the room hadn’t been checked recently. Later in the evening, there was a loud party happening in a meeting room directly across the hall. The noise carried through the hallway and into the room and went on until close to midnight, which made it difficult to relax and get any rest. The next morning I went to ask for coffee, and the staff member I spoke with seemed bothered by the request rather than welcoming. It left us feeling like we were inconveniencing them just by asking. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations for a comfortable overnight stay. A little more attention to room conditions, noise management, and guest service would go a long way toward improving the experience."

"Clean room, room available a bit early for check-in prior to normal check-in time. Friendly staff and easy check-in and out. Breakfast was fresh and hot, with a good selection of options. Popcorn in the afternoons and the Coke machine were great perks!"

"Very clean and modern room. Shower height was perfect. I’m 6’5”. It’s not very often I go to a hotel that has a shower that fits. I appreciated that. "

"All staff working here are AMAZING…this is the BEST part of the stay! The hotel is convenient to shopping and entertainment, but dos not meet the standards of a typical Marriott property. One of the elevators was out of order which was a little inconvenient. The worst part of this was hearing from another guest that the elevator was also out of order when they last stayed at the property 2 months prior. There is a strong sewer/body odor smell in the lobby that was attempted to be covered up by a strong cleaner. Our room did not have linens provided for the pull out bed. We also did not have extra blankets. There is a lot of detail that’s overlooked in making this property great. Management needs to pay attention to improve this."
