"The breakfast menu was superb. The staff were very helpful and courteous. There was no shampoo in the refrigerator oms, so he ng your own. The cleaning staff were exceptional."

"There was no refrigerator in rooms, also no safety box in rooms, asking guests to bring deposits and valuable stuff to reception and put there!!! Also, a notice in rooms that the Hotel is not responsible for guest's money and valuable staff!! Also, the room was cold at night and quilt was short for my height of 184 cm!"

"This was our first visit to PURO. We really enjoyed the hotel—it had a wonderful ambiance, was impeccably clean, and offered excellent breakfasts. Our only minor complaint is that there were no dedicated towel racks in the bathroom; this was quite inconvenient, as the towels ended up lying on the sink in what was already a tiny space."

"Very nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff, convienent location. Wonderful breakfast, (breakfast room was very chilly, bring a sweater.) It was 80F/27C outside. We were on the 14th floor. The windows were sealed shut,and the AC didn't keep the room cool. If you're coming in the summer, I'd ask for a low floor. Aside from that, an enjoyable stay. "
