"This was an ok place to stay for a quick overnight visit. I opted not to shower in the morning as I found dirty socks from the previous guest under the sink. I just hope the sheets were changed!"

"Upon arrival my husband & I pulled up under the covered area at the entrance to check in, in the pouring down rain, a couple of minutes later the airport shuttle pulled up behind us. (The other lane had an ambulance in it.) As my husband got back to the car, the shuttle driver yelled at us, to move our car! We pulled up into the rain to get our luggage out. Walked in & I told the person at the front desk that was rude of the shuttle driver, the person next to her said I’m the shuttle driver. I told her that was rude. She disappeared around the corner came back with the manager, who told me I was rude to an employee & told me there were no parking signs there. There were indeed…but never have I been told at any hotel, you can’t stop there to check in & unload your luggage. I asked him if he expects guests to park in a parking spot & walk up to the hotel to check in. He said yes, I said “in the pouring down rain*, he said they can’t control the weather. Absolutely unbelievable! Hope that explains the rudeness of the staff. Never again will I stay at a Hyatt anywhere!! I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. Totally unacceptable behavior from a manager.. Googled what is the covered area at reception at a hotel for……it is called a Porte cochere, it is a covered driveway or canopy that allows you to drive your car right up to the front doors,keeping you completely dry & protected while you unload luggage & head into the lobby to check in. The manager is a idiot!!"

"I stayed in the 4th floor. The elevator call button did not work. I had to walk downstairs for my entire stay. My room was not clean. Even upon request. The door needed to be vacuumed, the room had ants, the coffee machine and refrigerator both did not work."

"The room was definitely not worth how much I paid. If you have kids especially. The staff was SUPER rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all. Charged us for every single item. Charged us $100 because my child started her period and it got on the sheets. I just don’t understand how you treat someone like that. I’m fighting this and I definitely will NEVER ever recommend this hotel to anyone! They were against us colored people and you can definitely tell or they don’t like children. The pool was full of some type of substance to the point you could not see through the water. It burnt my kids skin. We left 10 minutes. Breakfast was okay but too many people and not enough food or sanitation. It smelled like dirty diapers or like someone took a poop in the entrance way. It smelled SO bad. WiFi sucked. The whole experience was horrible. I hated it!"

"We loved our time here. The fenced in backyard, patio, & grill were truly enjoyed by all members of our group (human and canine). The king bed in the attic is soooo comfortable. This was one of the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed which allows pets. A member of our group has a severe allergies, so we very much appreciated the overall cleanliness, the full kitchen, and low/non-scented linens & bedding. This is now our go-to spot when visiting family in the area. Thank you Franky!"
