On the first day, when we called the reception they told us cleaning needed to be ‘booked’. Then the second day we called again and they told us they were too busy. Really below ..."

"These guys did not provide any bedding for one of our guests, meaning they had to sleep with no sheets. Then when I left my mobile phone with them they refused to send it on to an address in the Netherlands unless I paid the shipping, given how let down we were having been left to sleep in the cold ..."
