"Mycket bra och modernt hotell med jättebra personal. Otroligt hjälpsamma. Hotellet överraskade oss som är lite kräsna med riktigt snygg inredning i varenda detalj. Allt finns nära runt hörnet också, butiker, taxi, hyresmopeder, fina restauranger mm. Taxiresan från flygplatsen kändes lång och gick längs små vägar men när man kom fram så var det verkligen resan värt! Ska ni till Norra Goa -bo på Moyrah, ni blir inte besvikna och kommer älska att ligga i deras fina pool och beställa drycker. "

"Our stay at this property was truly remarkable, mostly due to the care and attention of the amazing staff, coupled with a spectacularly appointed property. We had experienced amazing hospitality at the Leela resorts prior to our stay at the JW, but this was at an entirely different level. "The stay was equipped somewhat okay. We did miss two chairs inside our room. The pool was not very clean and some of the staffs were kind of passive and not very welcoming. Overall I would say the stay was okay but could do much better, given the other facilities available, including the adequate parking and the swimming pool."

"The hotel was good for the price we got it (3k per night) and they gave us a free upgrade to rooms with a balcony. However, they kept delaying activating the smart TV apps for all the 3 days we were there. And whule the staff was polite and courteous to us, they kept bickering and yelling and hurling abuses at each other till 11 pm in the night. Despite complaints, this went on for 2 nights. So the hotel was clean, and bathrooms have fairly new plumbing fittings but the staff was an issue."

"Overall, the stay was pretty comfortable. In house Restaurant's room delivery was good too. Cleaning staff did a good job too. But, the door handle of the bathroom of the room we stayed was broken. Otherwise, everything else was pretty decent."

"I wrote a review when I got there and am updating it. I really liked this resort especially the outdoors and staff. The food quality was diverse, breakfast had good choices. The swimming pool is excellent and kept clean. The reception area is a little crowded. Nice beaches within 10 to 15 minutes from the BLU. Its both a romantic place and also kid friendly. Hope to visit again."
