"Zazz is jazzy and fun! Easy checkin and a funky east central vibe. The well-appointed motel room was the perfect balance of exotic and local, low rider and jalopy, speakeasy and bright neon. What a night!"

"I thought the breakfast options were excellent, some of the best I've seen. Excellent protein options, multiple juice options, bacon, and oatmeal. The staff was also very friendly and helped me to plan my Balloon Fiesta week. Th room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was spacious and well laid out. The furniture itself looked tired and old; one of the dressers had a drawer that would not close completely. The closet doors were low quality and the furniture in the bedroom looked like it...

"Property was kept clean and parking lot well lighted. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room is only bed/refrigerator/mini microwave. There are no extras such as coffee pot, shampoo, body wash, facial tissue, iron, etc. Bare minimum in bath/hand towels, and one wash cloth! I'm sure I could have requested additional towels. "The rooms are clean and good perfect!👍 Good breakfast Excellent communication"

The king bed was comfortable. There were lots of light fixtures. The bathroom was excellent. It's a short walk to some really good restaurants."

Every hour or so the ice maker would pull water loudly and then make and drop ice. We didn’t get any sleep because of that."

"Staff was great. Location was wonderful. Rooms as expected. Breakfast super. TV could use some help. Guide Could never Update the channel listings. Last night there, the desk manager knocked on the door about 10:45 saying the woman next door complained that we were noisy, odd because the sound was off on the TV and closed captioning was on and we had dozed off. She said the woman complained and she had an early flight. This is not the hotel’s fault some people would complain if they were hung...
