"Great place to stay, great location for walking around. The room was small but we were just there to sleep so it was fine. The rooftop bar, lounge area, by the pool was a great place to hang out. Front desk staff were super helpful and attentive. We didn't take full advantage of the spa which was our mistake, until the last day."

"The front desk and door personnel were friendly and accommodating. I loved my room and the rooftop pool. The only negative I have is that the bar staff did not acknowledge me when I entered and it wasn’t until all the cocktails were made that he delivered a menu. He never asked if I wanted food so I also had to request that menu. "La habitación guarda un horrible olor sulfuroso que proviene del baño. Huele entre a cañería y/o tubería que se extiende a toda la habitación. Por si fuera poco, había una plaga de insectos que seguramente salen de la misma cañería y que tiene infestados tanto al baño como a la habitación. Para rematar, el drenaje del baño no funciona correctamente por lo que el agua se sale de la regadera inundando todo el baño."

"We did not enjoy our stay. First, we were given a room with no bathroom door, dirty towels, a malfunctioning safe, and a noisy air conditioner. We waited for a staff member to come and fix these issues, but no one arrived for over an hour. When we went down to the reception desk, the staff rudely told us to look for another place to stay and said, “it is what it is.” On top of all that, the swimming pool was out of service for two days due to a technical issue."
