Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just fine, all essentials included. General cleanliness was okay, but one downside was the room service; we requested room service only once during our stay but the bed sheets were not changed, the body gel bottle was not filled up, no tea bag, toilet paper or soap were added, so I would recommend the management to take a look into this. Other than this, overall it was okay. Thanks!

The hotel is well presented, clean, and the rooms are a generous size. However, our three‑night stay was unfortunately disrupted by extremely loud building work that woke us up on two of the mornings. We left for the day assuming the noise would have finished by the time we returned, but when we came back around 4pm it was still ongoing and genuinely sounded as though it was happening inside our room. We went to reception to ask when it was due to stop and whether anything could be done, but were told it wasn’t connected to the hotel and therefore not their problem. No timeframe was given, and the response felt inadequate considering we were paying guests. The noise continued the following day and woke us again. We completely understand that external works can be outside of a hotel’s control, but even a simple apology or acknowledgement would have made a difference. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was very weak throughout our stay. For anyone with long hair, it wouldn’t be possible to wash it. Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend the hotel or choose to stay again.

Hotel was beautiful and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very safe. Nice room. Shower was small and hard to climb into but everything else was wonderful. 10th floor terrace was so nice. Very quiet and tv was really nice.

Great gem of a hotel that's well located and excellent, helpful staff. Breakfast was really good with a discount offered at check-in. Keep in mind that some rooms have no windows. The gym requires a radical do-over!

Very beautiful hotel with very poorly trained staff. Our room was not ready when we arrived even though that was after 3 pm and the lady at the reception didn’t do much to expedite that, she just told us that it wasn’t ready and we need to wait. After us insisting that the room, according to the hotel policy should be ready by that time, they started to move and look for the available room. It was disappointed to see how badly this situation was handled. There was no apology for this either. The rest of the stay was decent. Room was nice and light with a balcony. Just that first impression was really bad.
