"We stayed in an accessible room as we had a wheelchair. The room itself was fine but there were no grab rails in the bathroom, except for the shower. The toilet is also very low. A higher one with drop down grab rail and fixed rail on the wall would be really useful and is necessary. The shower was also too difficult to access as the screen seemed to be fixed. More plug sockets are needed as we couldn’t charge anything unless we unplugged the lights, fridge or tv. Everything else was really good. Helpful staff, good breakfast. We have been before and will definitely come again."
