This property was stunning. The vineyard views outside your room and patio cannot be beat. The pool was lovely and heated. It was great parking right outside our bungalow, and the convienance to other wineries was great.
However, it’s clear this property is understaffed. Every time we called the front desk ( allegedly staffed 24-7), it went unanswered. Twice we went to the office in person and there was a sign on the door saying be right back.
Also, the poolside bar and cafe was only open for about 4 hours a day from 11:30-4, despite hours online saying it opened at 9. When I asked why, they said it was because they were delivering breakfast. I think hiring a few more staff would solve these problems.
Overall I’d still recommend this property, but service and communication could have been better.
